2025 Member Registration

Please note that your membership is not considered complete until we have received your payment and all applicable forms.

Kid Kart Membership (drivers under 8yrs)
$200
A Kid Kart membership is for a single child participant under the age of 8. For two or more, register as a family.
Allows a non-member to participate in a singular race weekend (testing &/or racing). Race registration fees extra. All regular track use rules apply.
New for 2025: Rookies pay only $25 for their first 3 races.

The above testing passes allow members access to 'anytime' testing, provided the "Use of Track" policy  form is filled out and submitted in addition to payment.

Registration Forms

Driver Registration (Separate form must be submitted per driver, even if from the same household)
Parental Consent Form (must be filled out by Parent or Guardian if driver is under the age of 18)
Code of Conduct (Separate form must be submitted per person - drivers, parents, and any other listed member)
Track Use Agreement for Full Members (all members who intend to practice on non-race weekends must submit this form and purchase an annual testing pass).
Race Weekend Practice Agreement (all members who intend to practice on the Saturday of a Race Weekend must submit this form and purchase a testing pass.
Medical Self-Declaration Form (one medical form must be submitted per driver before accessing track).
Physician Medical Consent for Drivers over 50 (must be printed and filled out by family physician and emailed to Club Secretary prior to 50+ driver accessing track).
Volunteer Payment Form (one form to be submitted per individual or family membership)
SpeedWaiver Annual Liability Waiver (to be filled out by any individual who will be entering the track/grid area for any reason including competing, assisting a driver, or officiating etc.  *NOTE: Your device's Camera must be enabled to complete and submit waiver.
Fee Payment - Use this link to go to MotorSport Reg and pay any applicable fees required to complete your registration via credit card.

NOTE: If you prefer or are able to pay via e-transfer instead of using a credit card, to help save the club on processing fees, please instead send your registration payment to treasurer@manitobakarting.ca using the driver name and items purchased in the comments
